Where can you find us?

We are based in Eaglescliffe, not far from Preston Park.

Is parking available?

Please feel free to park on the drive in front of the house.

Alternatively, there is plenty of street parking available.

How can I pay?

We will take a deposit online upon booking by debit/credit card or apple/android pay.

However, for the remaining amount due, you can pay by cash or bank transfer.

If you'd rather pay in full upon booking or you have a gift voucher to redeem, please contact us to make your booking.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Yes! Please contact us to request one.

What should I wear?

For the Japanese Head Spa treatment: chest, neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massage is included in the treatment, so these areas will need to be accessible. Please feel free to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable for the treatment, as towels are provided to protect your modesty.

For all other body treatments: access to most of the body is required, so we recommend wearing underwear on your bottom half only, however, we can work with whatever makes you feel comfortable.

Are you qualified and insured?

Yes! I am fully qualified in Japanese Head Spa treatments and holistic therapies, and I am insured to carry out these treatments.

Is there a toilet?

There is a toilet, sink, and shower within the treatment area.

Can I bring my carer with me?

Yes that's fine! Please let us know if you intend to bring someone along so we can make sure we have a chair available for them.

Do you cater for parties and events?

We have specific packages available for parties and events, including the use of our garden hot tub!

Are your products cruelty-free and good for me?

All of our products are cruelty-free because we love animals as much as we love humans! All our products are carefully chosen for your specific hair, scalp, and skin type, and are made with natural, nourishing ingredients.

I have short or no hair, can I still have a Japanese Head Spa treatment?

Absolutely! The treatment is about scalp health and relaxation, so you don't need hair to be able to benefit from it. However, we unfortunately cannot offer this treatment to people with hair extensions as the techniques and products used can compromise them.

Do I need to wash my hair before my treatment?

No, as a hair and scalp cleanse is part of the Japanese Head Spa treatment.

For massage treatments, oils will be ran through the hair when this area is being treated, so you may wish to wait until after a massage to wash your hair.

Will you dry my hair after the Japanese Head Spa?

Yes, we will roughly blow-dry your hair, however styling is not included.
